These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kg999 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or registering an account, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

Account Opening Eligibility
To open an account with kg999, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- The applicant must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
- Each person may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. If the information provided is found to be false, all balances will be forfeited.
Account Management Rules
Security and Password
It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account username and password fully confidential. kg999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a third party using your credentials to carry out transactions. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat.
Account Suspension and Closure
kg999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms or evidence of fraud
- Operating multiple accounts
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions
- Conducting activities harmful to the platform
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions
Voluntary Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they may submit a request via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before closure, subject to conditions being met.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
Deposits at kg999 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds must be deposited only from a registered payment method; payments sent from third-party accounts may be declined.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes. Transfers may be temporarily held if a verification process is pending or a review of the Terms is underway.
Currency and Conversion
kg999 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses offered at kg999 are subject to specific conditions. The main bonus terms are set out below:
Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 10× wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering required is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
A bonus is never free cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
Weekly and Seasonal Promotions

Bonus Misuse is Prohibited
Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all bonuses earned.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
kg999 reserves the right to accept, decline or impose maximum limits on any bet. Bets placed due to technical issues, incorrect information or obvious pricing errors may be cancelled. The full stake of any cancelled bet will be refunded.
Odds and Results
Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. A bet will be settled at the odds that applied at the moment the bet was confirmed. If the relevant authority changes the result after it has been announced, settlement will be carried out according to the revised result.
Casino Game Fairness
All casino games available at kg999 are developed by trusted software providers — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other verified studios — and run on their own RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous rounds.
VIP Program Terms
The kg999 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level — at the highest Diamond level, up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses is available.
Cashback is paid at a set rate based on total weekly losses (total losses minus total winnings). VIP level advancement depends on overall activity on the platform and no specific turnover is guaranteed.
VIP status is non-transferable and may be revoked in the event of a breach of the Terms.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the kg999 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs — is the intellectual property of kg999 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Members are permitted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
Language
These Terms are published in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
